Foe Tha Love Of Money Boss

Things done changed on the Rap Internet when I'm findin' out about a new album of unreleased/rare Money Boss Players songs via Bobby Dee rather than Robbie Ett. Minnesota should just release a double CD Money Boss discography that retails for no more than $20 and isn't some stupid limited edition thing which you only have a 5 minute 3 a.m window to cop. Buying a new Rap CD - can it be all so simple again?

All these labels have got to stop with reissuing albums as 45 singles.

That recent reissue of Donuts as 9 7"s or whatever was the ultimate manifestation of the hip hop Hypebeast collector ponce mentality. Men who'd be model railway enthusiasts or stamp collectors by now if it wasn't for their raer hip hop vinylz.

Donuts as 7"s??? It's a single work that literally ends by returning to the beginning in an infinite fucking loop in defiance of the finality of death, chopping it up like that is contrary to the entire fucking concept

I just checked, it was actually Welcome 2 Detroit which was recently reissued as a fucking 12 7" boxset. You know that's designed for blokes who buy music just to take pix of it on Instagram because it'd be impossible to ever listen to it.

Donuts came out as 7 7"s way back in 2013. Of course it did. Stones Throw tapped into the ocd hypebeast collector ponce market early.

Stan'ing MBP's is an affliction.

What ever you do don't follow Minnesota on Social Media. His Qanon, Anti Vax, Kill Whitey rants might sour your affection for his Heavy Bronx hard shit. Dude is still posting about Pizza Gate and how your toothpaste is a mind control tool. I think only Prodigy (RIP) ever cosigned that Fluoride is turning black men gay thing.

😄 Prodigy was the only rapper who could turn being a wingnut into a charming eccentricity.

@Bobadee
He's also loves a good homophobic rant too.
It's been entertaining watching that crazy Samhill fella trying to bait him for the last few years too.
