Aesop Rock - Moving Day
(From Aesop Rock & Homeboy Sandman's Miami Lice: Season Four EP; 2026)

Woo hah!! Aesop Rock kept Homeboy Sandman in check on most of the songs on their new Lice EP. But my favourite jam on there is the Aes' Rock solo song Moving Day. It's a funny old world where Aesop Rock is my current preferred Noo Yawk rapper. Don't get it twisted like Rob Bottin prosthetic effects tho - Labor Days is still unlistenable cack to me.

Sod all that tho, the main topic of today's post is a sincere R.I.P to Lord Sear. I hope Heaven got a radio cypher where Sear can spit funny drunken shit alongside his dearly-departed C.M Famalam m8s DOOM and Subroc. Sear's Ya Mouth Stink is one of the funkiest songs from the indie Rap 12" era and really should have been an A-side single on Fondle 'Em Records. Guru made halitosis a hot skit, Lord Sear made it a hot song.
