Once upon a rhyme transatlantic rap collaborations between the U.S and the U.K meant
A.G's studio scrap acapellas over Aim's lumpen Mancunian trip-hop or DJ Ivory trying to talk up
his own P Brothers productions by claiming
frigging Milano is a more talented than any rapper from outside the Tri-State. Fast forward to 2015 and we now have that The Purist producer bloke atoning for the sins of his forefathers by getting a listenable song out of post-
XXX Danny Brown, doing
TREE deep cuts, and recording a track with Roc Marciano that sounds like a legitimate Works Of Marc beat you could ride out to 'pon U.K road in a
1953 Eldorado convertible as long as you were willing to brave the perma-drizzle and fuck up your suspension on the combination of potholes & speedbumps.
"Range Ro', display the suede raincoat
Hop out the Rover like a stage coach
Like one of Jesse James folks"

Not a fan of the P Brothers?
I like those songs they did with the guys from Money Boss Players but Ivory had some right dodgy opinions about rap in his interviews, especially for a fella who let's people with Nottingham accents attempt to rhyme over his beats.
Leaf Dog, Awkward, Funky DL, The Creators, Jazz T/Dr Zygote, Quincey Tones and Lewis Parker (to name a few) have been hooking yanks up with dope beats for yonks. Where you been?
I hear you..fucked if i'll ever listen to Cappo haha
Lovin this.
This Danny Brown song is good too.
Need to investigate this Purist guy.
purist's record for tree is one of my favorite tree songs, like top 5 record IMO
Are you still pissed that Ivory said that Outkast are rubbish are rapping? Also, this song is completely off-beat. It sounds like Marciano rapped over the phone without hearing the music.
More on beat than Digital B-Boy m8.
