Stop Being Greedy

Casual - Hard Drive Music
(From Black Magic album; 2026)

Sum shit I didn't see comin' in 2026: Casual having a semi-viral moment with a song where he implores rappers to stop being stingey bastards by hoarding unreleased music on their hard drives. My man. This is Reality-Rap, we really go through it! Some anti-Scrooge Rap which sounds like a Scooby Doo ghost train.

On the album cover, Casual bizarrely looks like Diamond D dressed as a member of Suicidal Tendencies in the 1980s. All Casual wanted was a Pep Love, just one Pep Love and Del wouldn't give it to him!!!

There's already too much shit rap saturating the market. Nobody needs to hear the shit rap that even its authors recognise is unfit for publication. What 2026 rap needs is quality control.

Most rappers are terrible judges of their own material tho.

On the subject of eyebrow raising news about Casual: he did a song with Agallah earlier this year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKkUBRxF8DU&list=RDvKkUBRxF8DU&start_radio=1

Every time a rapper hits their forty song/three album limit, they should be obliged to undertake a three year long sabbatical.

Most rappers should be banned from releasing more than 6 songs per year. The problem is that most rappers then can't be trusted to pick their best 6 songs.
