They never saw me comin'! Did you see wot I done? Updated my favourite jams of 2017 playlist with some songs by Ralo, Tay-K, Queen Key, and Rich The Factor & The Popper. Inspired the whole town, taught bloggas there's enough #CuratedContent to go round.
I dunno why Audiomack no longer shows which artists the songs belong to when you embed playlists. Click the damn thing for the full credits innit.

One song per artist.
Keys open doors
u feelin any other tay-k?
Megaman is the only other song I've heard. Not feeling that one.
Also, Unforgettable and Nice & Slow were both part of this playlist before they got deleted from Audiomack 😕
"i <3 my choppa" uses surprisingly advanced poetic conceits for a 16 year old. i definitely get the death-cult rubbernecker ken kaniff vibes listening to tay-k tho.
i have mixed feelings on "unforgettable." it's not just a matter of swae lee killing french on his own shit, it's more like, "why are you even on this?" and i like french more than others seem to.
Tay-K looking like a 12 year old is the most bothersome thing about him to me.
I used to think Unforgettable should have been a Rae Sremmurd song, but I've reconsidered in a huge way. From opening his first verse by rhyming with Boosie with Uzi to him dancing in the video wearing those Euro-homme cowboy boots to his line about having the chick planking on a million dollars in cash, French gives the song heft; NY mercenary hack heft, but heft nonetheless. It's the only good legit club banger by a NY rapper in years, and I couldn't imagine the song without French now (fuck the Swae Lee solo edit floating around + that Wizkid version.)
Plus, it sounds transcendental on the dancefloor of UK high street bars played after J Hus' Did You See. The 2 songs of the summer right there for me.
i'll have to reconsider "unforgettable." not a fan of "bodak yellow," i infer?
Hell nah.
That Rich the Factor song you posted is great, I checked out his mixtape after you first posted Aristocrat, '1000' on that is quite the jam as well. I even just like the name 'Aristocrat' haha. Between this guy and Yung Cat I feel like you've got the KC rap game on lock
R.I.P Bandoe 😢
Aristocrat is very much my ideal notion of 2017 mob music.
