Important reminder
Not only did Maino's Role Model body Eminem with his own concept, that shit was also the best Broken Language homage since Juvenile's Pimpinabitch. Contrary to the title of the mixtape Role Model came from, Maino was not The Future, but this song and the gossip-mongering street DVD anthem Rumors will forever have a place in ya host's personal canon of noughties N.Y rap.

Speaking of New New York, in one of the last Jamar interviews I was fit for, as an example of a contemporary ny rapper doing it right "on some south shit" he recommended a Red Cafe song.
Never heard it used on any other song. I have posted this one before years back, though.

I just watched the new Vlad video where Jamar discusses teh rock music.
Same, any time Vlad reveals his love for plain white culture is gr8, cant lie Im with Jamar on this one.
Vlad's "bodyguards get shot too..." in the Kanye one rly made me upset I never got to see his message board posts. surely that combo of rapapport/humblebragging/deeply held belief in broken windows theory made for gold.
That video was basically Vlad brags and talks, Jamar listens.
