Max B - Didn't Mean To Kill A Man
(From Charly EP; 2020)
Bah bah dah dah dah. Bring out the piano from the Purple City ByrdGang video for this one. The World Boss Vybz Kartel and the Boss Don Max B are the only people in the history of music who can record pristine classic shit in a prison cell.
Previously: To The Max (no Stezo).

Did he actually record this from prison? It's so clean!
Compare to Drakeo the Ruler's most recent tape, which was recorded over a jail phone and bears substantial markers of that production context.
All these 2020 songs are prison recordings apparently.
they say he's out in 2021. I heard this line before.
Man, I'm actually starting to believe he can actually do it when he hopefully gets released in 2021. Goodman might be my song of the year so far. Also like They Don't Know from his new EP.
Also found a decent interview with one of the guys behind his recent projects (Paul Couture). Provides some insight in the recording process. You might have already seen it: https://www.revolt.tv/2019/12/12/21012480/max-b-french-montana-producer-paul-couture-interview
Cheers. Not seen it before.
Worst comes to worst, Max gets out, loses his musical spark, but starts a MaxBTV video channel where he talks shit about everyone.
Dope shit. Any other songs on there you like?
Goodman obvs and They Don't Know.
Introspective Max B is *chef’s kiss*
