Kendrick Lamar with Gunplay - Cartoons and Cereal
ReplyDeletethis my fat trel pick

Dank, that song is on DSPs now so it's disqualified.
ReplyDeleteANU, good choice.

Don't believe I've ever heard that before.
ReplyDeletenever heard that Crime Mob "What Is Love" flip, fantastic!
ReplyDeletea few favs:
The Message - Jaylib https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9jVajloBpY
U Nasty - Lil Wayne, Curren$y, Mack Maine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3rvboxLDPU
It's All Real - T.I. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXcmqctrafM

Yea Hoe - Young Thug, Lil Uzi Vert https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glW129dn_oM
Songs you can only find on Audiomack are the true definition of lost loosies.
ReplyDeletedanny brown getting the 10cc sample cleared couldn't have saved the dubstep-rap half of Old, but for my money this is one of his best songs!
ReplyDeletehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0boHcBFSR0
"Bitch I'm David Ruffin in ruffles no stuffing
Bundles of Peruvian snow with his shirt tucked in"
Agreed. Didn't realise that one had never made it to DSPs. Good choice.
ReplyDeletehttps://youtu.be/dAWdDAMp1IE One of my fav Future loosies
ReplyDeleteConceit had a less blappy (but actually better/more musical) version of Lamaz Class on his MySpace pg…
ReplyDeleteSongs I thought were lost loosies or loosies but turned out to be on mixtapes:
ReplyDeleteFuture - News Or Somethin'
Rich Homie Quan - Daddy
well news or sumthn was a loosie! until they revamped future's old mixtapes and fucked up all the tracklists for streaming in the last couple years (also cutting the extremely racist skits lmao), so that one you were right
ReplyDeleteA found loosie!
ReplyDeleteI just thought of another good lost loosie - Gettin' It by the Cool Kids ft. Lil' Wayne.
ReplyDelete"eminem i am a money machine" !!!!! damn havent heard this... if we never get another mannie fresh prod wayne album i would accept a chuck inglish one instead
ReplyDeleteI always wondered why they never put that song on any of their releases. They musta paid serious loot for that Wayne verse.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you for these jewels
ReplyDeleteI lost track of what actually came out and what didnt but Jadakiss - From Now Til Then and/or the DJ Rhude remix with Crooked I & Big Lou should qualify here I think?
ReplyDeleteprobably a whole bunch of Jim Jones and Max B stuff too.
There's only a literal handful of Max B loosies which aren't on Spotify etc as part of his Library Of A Legend series.
ReplyDeleteI got another Black Rob for you tho - Questions & Answers.
marty have u heard rich gang tha tour vol 2 which leaked...?
ReplyDeletehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkvgVzuYRg8
"ain't tripppin" and "should i" are personal favs
I remember Ain't Trippin' but don't know any of those other songs.
ReplyDeleteAdded Valee's Allat to the list. 2nd best song from his G.O.O.D era IMHO.
Need a zip of these.
ReplyDeleteI don't use any dsp's or any mp3 buying platform so not 100% sure this one fits proper, but it's a great track that was only released on some dumb 7" format:
https://soundcloud.com/alan-the-chemist/mc-eiht-spice-one-supply
Sidenote: unless you're Jimmy Spicer or the likes, then there should be not rap released on 7", leave that format to punk & hardcore.
Jimmy Spicer's two main songs absolutely justify their length, but a lotta Sugar Hill Records songs definitely hit hardest in their edited 7" versions.
ReplyDeleteThe Black Rob and Boosie songs are the GOATs imho.
ReplyDeleteAlso, unreleased Mobb Deep songs like First Day Of Spring, Everyday Gunplay, Crime Connection, etc.
Most of Mobb Deep's unreleased songs aren't lost loosies because they came out on that Infamous Archives 2xCD.
ReplyDeleteJust realised that YG's She A Model was on his 2nd mixtape. Switched it for Aim Me.
ReplyDeletecan we get andrew barber to answer for wtf has been up with valee's career since 2018...?? where is the album??
ReplyDeletehe was literally the best rapper out that year smh don't sign to "GOOD" music, kids
I was playing Acid the other day and it still sounds next level.
ReplyDelete“i got two bitches doing acid, they got asses” is still one of the GOAT sostupiditsactuallygenius lines, kanye could never in his wildest dreams
ReplyDeleteMight add a Mr. 2-17 song to this list. Problem is he deleted some of his lost loosies from the internet. Luckily Why? is still on Soundcloud.
ReplyDeleteDoes Madvillain's One Beer (Drunk Version) qualify as a lost loosie?
ReplyDeleteNot heard that before. If it's not from an album and it's not on Spotify etc then, yep, it's a lost loosie.
ReplyDeletemy call for Valee loose is "Humbug" which I think only exists on chasethemoney's Soundcloud https://soundcloud.com/chasethemoney/humbug
ReplyDeleteNice.
ReplyDeletewould you believe the suits at Def Jam said Valee's "Allat" wasn't good enough to be released? That was the moment I know we were doomed.
ReplyDeletehey xanax fantasia, he's coming. Lots to be released. Lots to be done. Almost there. But he's making the weirdest and wildest music of his career
ReplyDeleteI'm throwing this one in the ring
ReplyDeleteLil Wayne - Hood Rich
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X35c2ydGR2E
Such a generic Cash Money title you'd overlook it if you even saw it on YouTube. It was one of
One of the last true Weezy and Mannie Fresh collabs. It was for Carter 2 before Fresh and Baby fell out and pulled all his beats from C2.
I love them last dayz Wayne & Mannie tracks. Cash Money N*gga is one of my fave Wayne songs ever.
ReplyDeleteWhen I made this list I couldn't think of a Wayne song which wasn't included on some mixtape. Since remembered the full version of Dinnertime.
SMH @ Def Jam's mountain climbers with electric guitars. PS: can you mail me the Allat MP3 plz 😆
PPS Drew: you got anything to add to this list?
ReplyDeletelmao i am so happy to hear that andrew! :') playboicarti took 5ever to drop after "broke boi" and that has paid dividends
ReplyDeleterealized valee has been dropping a lot of shit technically featuring on other producers' shit as well and have been meaning to compile it all together into what im sure would be a pretty decent project on its own!
"weirdest and wildest music of his career" is what we love to hear
