Wanted dead or alive: ID this song plz


What's the song in this video 5th Ward Weebie posted on Instagram? I can't work out if it's a Bounce song, a Dancehall song, or some combination of the two genres, let alone who the artist is. Might have to watch the video another 15 times in a row just to get to the bottom of what's goin' down here.
