I Shouldn't Have Don It

Did the D in MC Ricky D stand for Donald?

It's a fair question because before Donald Trump was forcing himself on beauty pageant contestants, Slick Rick was writing explicit rap routines about Miss America winners. Somewhat of a precursor to Biggie's Dreams (Just Playin'), Rick & Doug's Vanessa Williams routine comes from the legendary live at Lincoln Projects 1984 performance which was one of those mythical live cassette tapes passed around New York in the 80's that you've probably heard bits of if anyone's ever hooked you up with any old Mr. Magic radio shows. It's neither big nor clever to write pervy fantasy raps about celebrity lasses, but like Too $hort said, it's a fact, there's no debatin' - that shit happened:

Cheers to Jack The Snipper for trimming this one down for me. Full live at Lincoln Projects 1984 performance here.
