I can't tell my fans apart from all my enemies and don't know what to do

Looks like 2014 is destined to end with Trainwreck as ya boy's favourite deep cut from Pullin' Strings. What's not to love here - it turns one man's misanthropy into something we can all can sing along to, it's a song that could only exist in the A-Wax catalogue, it's one of the tracks which makes it fairly explicit that Pullin' Strings was intended as a semi-sequel to 2004's Thug Deluxe, and it snatches caucasoid sad-rap back from the smarmy clutches of Yung Lean & Ryan Hemsworth.

A-Wax - Trainwreck
(From Pullin' Strings album; 2014)

Ain't tryna brag or nuffink, but I'm stoked the tiny amount of influence I possess on teh rap-internet in 2014 propelled Pullin' Strings onto Pitchfork and into The Wire magazine. 'Wax brought heat to go grocery shoppin' with mom, Drake and Nosnitsky brought 'Wax to the attention of corny indie fux and poncey hauntology twatz, respectively.

  4. Pullin Strings is jay's blueprint to a-wax. His album for the critics. And Thug Deluxe is Reasonable Doubt. Then of course Everybody Loves Me & Jesus Malverde are as overlooked as vol 2 & 3.

  8. Pullin' Strings really is the best A-Wax album overall.

2 Sides of the Game & Best of Both Worlds seems like an easy Wax/Jay comparison to make just because the album titles sound so much alike. Woodie the NorteƱo R. Kelly

  10. Trainwreck is a close 2nd to Maury Dance imo, but 3 weeks ago I would have given No limit the #1 spot. And *I* like Trap dere lol

  12. I fuck with this song despite/because of the fact that it's secretly a grunge song disguised as a rap song. Imagine the guitars and the rest falls into place.
